At Atlantic Physical Therapy, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure experience for all our patients. That’s why we’ve gone paperless with our online Patient Portal!

Our new system allows you to conveniently complete your health forms remotely before your first visit. The portal is mobile-friendly and securely stores your information for future visits, saving you time and reducing the need for repetitive paperwork.

When you schedule your evaluation, you’ll receive an email invitation to the Patient Portal from Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network and our EMR provider, PROMPT. Look for the subject line: “Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network Patient Portal Invitation.”

After your first visit—and at certain points during your treatment—you’ll receive a brief satisfaction survey using the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a nationally recognized patient experience tool. Our goal is 10/10 every time, and we use your input to enhance care and recognize our outstanding team.
